5. Delivery Address:
Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. WSPORTS is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Missing Items:

Refunds

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
  • Customized items are non-refundable unless they have manufacturing defects.

2. How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact us at support@wsports.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our team.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for non-customized items of the same value. Contact us to confirm availability before initiating an exchange.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

6. Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description. We will replace or refund the item upon verification.
